This ANSI III compliant Visibility Enhanced Apparel (VEA®) two-tone sweatshirt, weighs 16 oz.- 10.5 oz. 100% spun polyester microfiber fleece on the outside and 5.5 oz. cotton thermal liner on the inside.  Features 2” retroreflective tape with 360° reflective coverage, 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective material, full-zip closure, black bottom, thermal lined hood with drawstrings, 2 front pouch pockets, and elastic cuffs and waist.
