Made of 40 lb. golden Kraft paper, these interagency envelopes have a 4" flap with a Velcro® closure.
The words “STATE OF NEW YORK-OFFICE OF GENERAL SERVICES” are printed across the top of the envelope. Also printed in 28 boxes on both sides of the envelope are the words: “TO”, “AGCY”, “BLDG”, “FLR”, “ST”, and “CTY”. Four view holes ensure that documents are not left in the envelope.
