Report an Order Discrepancy:

 If your order has a shortage, overage, damaged item, incorrect item quality issue, or other discrepancy, please complete the NYSID Order Discrepancy Form and submit to NYSID Customer Service within three (3) business days of delivery.  Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Shipment & Freight

No minimum shipping requirements for NYSID warehouse items. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the delivery location, product, or special delivery requirements. 

• Deliveries within the New York City metropolitan area may be subject to additional freight fees due to street parking restrictions, limited access, or other delivery conditions.
• Certain products may be subject to additional freight charges. When applicable, we will note these charges in the product details and include them on the NYSID invoice.
• Purchase orders stating ‘FOB Destination’ are not exempt from applicable freight charges or special delivery charges.
• Shipments made outside of the State of New York may also be subject to applicable shipping charges.
• Request lift gate and/or inside delivery at the time of your order; additional delivery charges may apply.

Returns, Restocking Fee & Return Freight 

• Orders refused and/or returned for reasons other than an NYSID error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable return freight charges. 

Apparel Returns

• Return non-decorated apparel within 7-10 business days.
• Decorated or customized apparel cannot be returned.
• If the return is due to a customer ordering error, a 20% restocking fee plus applicable return freight charges will apply.
• If there is a problem with the order, such as a shortage, incorrect item, or an issue with screen printing or embroidery, you must report it within three (3) business days of delivery using the NYSID Order Discrepancy Form.
• NYSID will provide return instructions when a return is approved. 
   

Terms & Conditions

• Pricing: Pricing is based on the applicable NYSID approved price, quote, contract, or other established arrangement. Preferred Source items are subject to applicable New York State
• Preferred Source requirements and approved pricing.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to NYSID acceptance, product availability, and applicable purchasing requirements.
• Product Availability: Product availability may change. NYSID will communicate any product discontinuations or availability issues that affect an order.
• Shipping & Freight: Applicable freight, delivery, and special service charges may apply as outlined in the Shipping & Freight section.
• Returns & Order Discrepancies: Returns, restocking fees, return freight, and order discrepancies are subject to NYSID's applicable return and discrepancy policies.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on the applicable invoice.
