Simplify your workflow with help from NYSID’s trained workforces. Our dedicated teams of trained professionals tackle detail-oriented work like data imaging, data entry, photocopying & reproduction, electronics recycling, and secure document destruction.
Effective September 1, 2026, and in an effort to better serve our secure document destruction customers both operationally and administratively, NYSID has made the decision to increase the minimum number of bins and file boxes that will be serviced. The minimum number of bins that we will contract for will be 20 and the minimum number of boxes will be 100.
We trust that if you have been satisfied with the providers that have been serving your smaller bin and box destruction needs they can be retained through allowable purchasing thresholds.
